Terms of use

These terms cover the idle website, its free tools (GPU Radar, Where to run, Tokens vs GPUs, Idle cost, GPU price pages) and the idle platform, operated by idle. By using them you agree to these terms.

Prices and estimates are information, not offers

GPU prices come from public provider APIs and can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Memory, throughput, breakeven and savings figures are estimates. Check with each provider before you buy or change anything; you’re responsible for decisions you make with this information.

Your account and data

• Keep your API keys secret and revoke any you think are exposed.
• Only upload data you’re allowed to share with us, and only add probes for URLs you control.
• You keep all rights to your data. We use it only to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use idle to probe or load systems you don’t own, scrape the service in bulk, or try to access other workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

Paid plans and design partner agreements are covered by a separate order form when you sign up.

No warranty and limits

The free tools are provided as they are, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from the information shown.
