Questions
- What counts as a GPU?
- Each GPU in the endpoints you connect: an endpoint on 8× H100 counts as 8. Team covers up to 64 across the workspace, whatever the GPU type or provider.
- Do I need a credit card for the free tools?
- No. The radar, price history and planners need no account, alerts only need a confirmed email, and the Free workspace needs a Google sign-in.
- What happens if I cancel Team?
- Team stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace drops to Free. Nothing is deleted: you see the last 7 days and the top 3 opportunities, and API keys pause until you upgrade again.
- Does idle need access to my cloud account?
- No. You send usage and cost data as a CSV or through the ingest API. idle never sits in your request path and never reads prompts or outputs.
- What does the design partner offer include?
- Team at $299/mo locked for 12 months, plus a 30-minute GPU cost review before you commit to anything.
- What if I just want someone to look at my spend once?
